Log into your Al Aqsa account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
