Pure Raw Acacia Honey 227g
Our Organic Acacia Honey traces it's origin to the Robiniapseudoacacia acacia trees - also known as the 'Black Locust Tree'.
Â
Acacia Honey is very distinctive compared to other honey's with a very light colour of yellow and is usually known to have a mild taste of vanilla undertones. With a low sucrose level and high fructose level, Acacia Honey is known to take much longer in crystallisation compared to any other honey, which inevitably gives it a longer shelf life.
Â
Acacia Honey is known for it's therapeutic effects such as, cleansing the liver, regulating digestive processes and reducing inflammation in the respiratory system, all due to it's high antibacterial properties.
Â
Storage Instructions:
Â
Store honey at room temperature away from sunlight, never in the fridge as this will speed up the crystallization process and will turn the honey solid.
Â
If the honey starts to crystallise, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
